Does anyone else follow a Canadian company called Unicomm Signal? They have an electronic tire monitoring system that is used in mining applications and now are introducing it to the trucking, airline and automotive industries (already on the Lincoln Continental in conjunction with Michelin's 'run-flat' tire. The potential is that it could become the next in line of automobile safety standards like Anti-lock Brakes and Airbags. I do own shares in UCSIF and there is a thread (although with low volume) on SI. The reason I want more minds looking at it is that Cede & Co. owns 24.4% stake and after doing a search thru Edgar, I found that they are involved with the likes of CBS, Time Warner, GTE, Chase Manhattan, and Alexander & Baldwin just to name a few. If anyone has anything to share please post here or on the UCSIF thread. Thanks
