Hutch, You are a smart man - why would a country that is planning to sell all of its reserves announce it to the world - to depress the price! This smacks of of more manipulation so that those that are short can save their asses .... IMO it is BS ... unless they are VERY stupid ... and I doubt anyone is that stupid. Better they announce they are going to buy gold ... then sell it. MB
