IMHO I would play OO (I'm long the stock now). Don't know to much about RAYS, other than its relation to OO as a merchandiser. I like OO because it's a market leader, quality product, good fundamentals, and consumers love their sunglasses (pro atheletes included!).

I would advise due diligence on both before playing either one. Good luck.
