??? Venezuela says ??? Hi marc, About this: "...Ah, now the real news -- Venezuela says it will not extend cuts past June '99 and at that point will produce as much as possible. (CNBC)" Bloomberg has a lead that Venezuela may not extend cuts past June. I can't find anything else on it. Have you seen anything in print? I'm inclined to think the Venezuelan politicians might say anything leading up to their election. Also, this could be jaw-boning to gain support from reticent producers for extended cuts/further cuts. Isn't there a meeting Oct 29? I was sure there was, but now I can't find info on it. regards, diana
