Justa,re:small caps. I've noticed this also and today the S&P was up 0.6% while the Russell 2000 was up 2.8%. I have a bunch of the SF fund formerly known as microcap but today I was looking around for another small cap fund to add also. the only problem for me is I'm FULLY invested and I would hate to sell SPYders or something to pick up a capital gain for 2 months in a small cap fund. I'm not anxious to go the index route since I think good managed small cap funds like good managed foreign funds have a good chance of substantially beating the index. Also once these small cap moves get underway I believe I recall the outperformance tends to be a multi year affair. I cheked Fasciano and it sounds like they'll have about a 5% distribution. Got any funds in mind that won't pay much of a distribution? I didn't think it would be hard based on the dismal recent performance.
