Justa,
I too am very interested now in the question of the small caps, given the history-making values. Let me pose an argument: They are the first to show life out of a recession. But we are not in a recession. In fact, we are in a long-standing bull market. Late stage? (Although many have been bleating that we're in the late stage of the bull for years!) The small caps may very well languish for some time still and might require a true bear market to set the stage for their recovery.

What say you? Anyone else?

Ciao,
David
