Off subject: Ftel agreement as stated in the S-1A filed with the SEC is that there is a floor of one dollar which is the lowest possible fixed conversion price. Therefore, it cannot be floorless and it cannot be converted at a sliding price under a dollar as a dollar is the floor agreed to by all parties per the S1A. In general, I do not believe in shorting any stock when a shorter is covering as I do not believe it is a viable way of making profits. It takes Level II and a lot of time and energy researching to understand where I am coming from. It would take a lot of space explaining these convoluted fundings and where one may be at any given point of time in the process.
