Matt,

Nice David and Goliath example, but it's pure fantasy. If you take a look at Sony's MD recorders you will find that they include SCMS, unlike Diamond's Rio. Sony has complied with AHRA, unlike Diamond.

Should give you a better idea of what Diamond's chances are going into the next court session on the 26th.
