<<Why is CSCO acting sluggish lately???>> It was up 15 points in about 6 or 7 trading days. Still up about 17 points for the year. You call that sluggish? It used to be that a 10-15% gain over a year was considered excellent! That is, before so many of the self proclaimed "long term" investors we see on this thread ever bought a single share!
