Andrew, where did I mention and improved balance sheet? I don't know doo doo about WOA, but because FNET is the result of a division of FTEL, it belongs to FTEL shareholders, all except 21%. Any way you cut the pie, it either in the pie plate or it's served up on your dish. RB
