jmac, Your prediction looks right, only problem is I'm reading your post at 2 pm on 2 Jan 96 and I had my sell order filled at 130.5 this morning. I'm looking for a good opportunity to get back in but I haven't seen any real movement up or down in INTC. I'm going to be studying the charts very careflly tonight. Fundamentally INTC is worth 175 IMHO. Wayne
