David: Call what we have had what you want, but it was a nasty bugger. I don't have the stats in front of me but the average stock was down more than the bear market 20% threshold. NASDAQ went down 30% peak to trough. Oh, Mama.

Well, if this is a stealth recession as I suspect, then these small cap values are artificially priced. So my feeling is that once the market realizes we are going to do a Greenspan softie, these things will run big time. No more rolling over CDs in this low rate environment and the liquidity will need to find a home. In any event, the small caps should at least market perform IMO.

I may be a bit early, but the risk reward is highly favorable for this segment.
