<<I was walking through the Menlo Park Mall...and saw a sign which read, "ana Republic". I thought that it was "Havana Republic", until I read the entire sign, which was..."Banana Republic". I am no lawyer...but being that Banana Republic doesn't sell cigars, they really shouldn't have too big of a case. You can't copyright the alphabet!!!>> Banana Republic has a good case. After all, HVAR hired a lying, fraud committing shyster like Ira Monas. That proves that they don't mind criminal activities. What does that say about the management at HVAR? People who endorse Ira's criminal activities are probably planning other criminal activities. Lurker
