***** To All ****** I have limited phone access and can only post from
time to time. However, I could not help making a comment Re: all the
talk about MARKET MANIPULATION via posts made on threads.....
I have been in this game for many many years and believe me folks, as
powerful the "internet" age is NO ONE SINGLE individual can manipulate
a stock in which a respectable float exists. However, a group of
individuals or a group of MM's or brokers do this every day and no one
says anything... Market Manipulation is the name of the game. That's
how MM's make money, that's how the big firms make money. The whole
point of this thread was to get involved before this manipulation
takes place...via news release, EPS news ,rumors, and other such info.
Lets face it if you are in this game without the knowledge that the
game is fixed, well you are going to learn that lesson the hard way.

***10%***are insiders(know it all: make the most $$$ take the least risk)
****15%****Friends of insiders, family, buddies, MM's (know some details: make 2nd most $$$ take little risk)
*****20%*****Market Savvy investors (have learned to buy on trends, watch for specific trends in options and make educated guesses: Make some $$$, but carry good amount of risk)
******55%******Do not have a clue... (buy on news or after broker up grades and read the Investors Business Daily and invest in all the A stocks that have doubled in the last year thinking they will double again, love to read charts: Sometimes get lucky, but most of the time these people secure the profits for all the above and take the loss)
______________________________________________________________________ I am sure at one time or another All of us have been in each of the
above categories. I started at the last one and have moved up through
the years. The key is to move quick and secure your position in the
top 25% of the investors. I am not saying just to jump into a stock
just because some moron on the internet told you, but don't wait until
the stock has gone up 30% to jump in. If you do you have missed the
most important part of investing>>> Timing <<<<<.
I was very unhappy to hear that people were buying CSGI at the $14.00
level when the stock had already gone up 100% !!! People what are you
thinking ?? I listed that at $7.00. When I stated that I had raised
my price est. to above $20.00, it was for the benefit of those who had
bought the stock around the original post. I didn't mean that you
should buy the stock at $14.00. I still expect the price to go above
$20.00 and do think that this is a good buy at $10.00 to $10.50
Also, I am as good as the "info" I can attain. NOT EVERYTHING I POST
WILL ALWAYS COME TRUE, but if I can hit 8 out of 10 on the avg. I
think that is a respectable number. DO NOT PUT ALL YOUR EGGS IN THE
SAME BASKET. I think that you will be able to tell which stocks I
am more sure of than the others. GOOD LUCK. |
