Mr. Westergaard, in my book you are one smart cookie. In your SI bio you said you were 45 years old. That would mean that you were born in 1953. You said that you have been in the publishing business 40 years. That mean when you were five years old when you start doing investment research. Also you said you graduated from college in 1953. That was the year you were born. That is why I say you are one smart dude. Now since you are smart, please tell me the difference between spreading false information that would hurt the company and spreading false information that would help the company but hurt investors. For instance you mentioned that many were expecting the restatements of financials for the last quarter of 1997 would be "tens of millions". Now you know you never read that on any message board. The company doesn't have those kind of sales for a year , let alone that kind of income for a quarter. We investors were too smart to go around making those kind of crazy statements.

No, I don't agree with what Pluvia did. But you have played loose with facts also and that is hurting the credibility of Plsae. Right now their books are clean. They must project themselves as an honest, professional company . Therefore you need to tighten up and help build that image. But until you do they will come across as a group of shysters who make their fortunes through hype.
