A glowing report from Cabot!!

Cabot sends out a monthly e-mail bulletin...This month they talk
about Presstek.

---------------------------------

DO YOU REALIZE THIS IS ANOTHER XEROX IN THE MAKING ?

We want you to call Presstek (PRST-OTC) the Son of Xerox because it has the makings of appreciating 100-fold in its current growth cycle. (Xerox appreciated 100-fold in an eight-year period, 1958 to 1965. Earnings skyrocketed over the years because of recurring revenue from charging five cents a copy on their leased machines.) Now Presstek's earnings are on the verge of exploding in a similar fashion because of the recurring revenue the company is just beginning to receive from disposable printing plates (four plates for every four-color printing job).

Presstek is the best stock we have ever uncovered in our lifetime of
searching for super-growth stocks. And fortunately, the story is just
beginning to unfold. We strongly urge you to buy this stock now and then keep adding to your position over the months and years. We consider it to be the Heritage Stock of all Heritage Stocks!

Little Presstek, with its 100 or so employees, is revolutionizing the
entire printing industry throughout the world. Most investors do not
comprehend this yet. But eventually they will, when the stock is much, much higher. Presstek has developed and patented a laser system that revolutionizes the way commercial printers can put images on printing plates for four-color press work. A printer, with this new system, can produce a full color print run of as few as 100 impressions and do it profitably, instead of requiring thousands of impressions. (Can you imagine the increased plate consumption with this new capability?) And he can do it at a lower cost, with fewer complex steps, in less time, with fewer, less highly skilled press operators. But the key to investor profits is Presstek's patented plates that can be made for about $2 and that sell for $9.50 each.

Heidelberg's Quickmaster DI incorporates Presstek's patented PEARL
technology. In talking to printers we have learned that more than 1,000 Quickmaster DIs are on order. Omni-Adast of Hungary has also embraced the PEARL technology. Omni-Adast presented its machine at the Printing Expo in Philadelphia in March. Then there are the Sakurai PlateMaster and the Presstek standalone PEARLsetter. All of these machines are going to eventually consume a tremendous number of Presstek's patented plates.

We now know of three Quickmasters in operation here in America: Fairfield, NJ, Minneapolis and Los Angeles. At FLM Graphics in NJ, Brian DeWitt, VP, says the firm chose the Heidelberg press over an Indigo or Xeikon primarily because its print quality was far superior. FLM is doing about six to 10 jobs per day on the QM-DI, a frequency he describes as somewhere between a walk and a run. He says right now they are doing about $2,000 a day (breakeven), and they expect this to grow to $8,000 to $12,000 per day minimum from that one press. The company has already ordered a second Quickmaster DI for its Manhattan office and is awaiting installation in June. In the Minneapolis installation the president is so happy with the Quickmaster's performance he has already ordered two more!

But all of the above are simply words. Of much greater importance is the picture the stock is tracing out for us, week after week. The change is dramatic. It is telling us of the huge change in perception that's taking place. **Buy this super-growth stock and hold on tightly!
