What is McGinn going to be speaking about considering that earnings are due on thursday. Wednesday, October 21 9am-10am "Are Today's Networks in Evolution or Revolution?" interop.com And if that's not enough, there's a second keynote at 12:15 the same day by Nortel's dual team, John A. Roth and David House. "A New Era of Networking" interop.com I suspect Lucent's earnings will be out before McGinn begins. As for what he'll say, I'm guessing he may summarize the company's plans for mergers and acquisitions. We've waited two years for pooling of interest to be available and I'll be disappointed if they don't announce at least one. From what I'm hearing, their rejuvenated stock price improves the chances of this happening. Pat
