Spider and Rico--This is not intended as a criticism. I feel for all your statements about DD you really missed the obvious. Janet Shell did not. I would not even remotely consider starting a thread with any sort of positive slant to a company without checking the SEC filings. The very first line of what Janet posted with the phrase 'Going concern' should have been all it took. That phrase is used by independent auditors and they will insist on using it if they feel the company is in danger of going out of business. That phrase is not just a warning, it is the barrier bar dropping down to prevent you from driving in front of a train. It is to your credit that you dropped your bullish outlook on this company. But I feel you missed a lot with a stock with a recent reverse split and a 'Going concern' in the SEC filings. All the Best Druss
