Norwest in Minneapolis had lowered its prime after the Fed's move.>> As most of you know, Bob has stated that the outlook for small caps. has never looked so good. It is my feeling that the cut in the discount rate is a major positive for them. Am I off base or overly optimistic about this news and its impact on the 15% of my portfolio that is in small caps?
