Hm...... I don't really think that is necessary WRT the salesforce. Basically this would mean that the sale is closed already. I think RATL could in this case grant the salesman an advance on his percentage of the yet unshipped lot, even if shipment is 10 days away (SYBS salesforce played tricks on SYBS with this in Japan last year).

I think RATL would be ill-advised to actually delay shipment once they have reached their nos. and thereby anger the customer as well as the salesman.
