By listening the CC replay, I understand that the revert merger gain ($18 mil) is from previous CSCC acquisition. This is a one time gain, and it will not happen again. By offsetting this one time gain, they come up with those cost indicated in your post which caused some discussion. One thing I noticed in the CC was that no single analyst congratulate ASND with their latest earning. It was not a good sign. I guess every one is struggled with this one time gain and those write offs. I think we may have some short term volatility ahead. Thank you for answering my confusion. Cheers! Mike
