To my knowledge, when the QP was announced by DCI, there was no reference to the timeframe. I have seen some guess early on anywhere from 30 days to 6 months, based on their experiences with other companies. Lately, I've heard some mention 40 days, 45 days. Can anyone confirm that was ever a set timeframe?
