I propose Novell reverse it's typical sales strategy and "ignore" Cisco. This is a super example to demonstrate how companies can, and will, lose market share by not deploying the best network system. Let Lucent gain market share, while the Cisco politicians deal with their angry sales force and customers. Novell -- stop calling on Cisco, wait for them to call you. A tough sales strategy is definitely worth considering as Gates explains to Chambers why Cisco "should also bet it's company on NT"!
