A New Closing High for CWEI @ 18 1/2, +1 1/8, Bid 18 1/4 x Ask 18 1/2..Vol 166K CWEI broke new ground today; CWEI not only had a new closing high but traded at a new historical high this morning at 19 1/4 on heavy volume before selling-off to the closing price. Oils took a heavy beating today and it was nice to see that CWEI was not among them. For a short time today CWEI was in the #1 position on the Stocksmart Winners/Losers graphs--it finished the day up 6.47% over yesterday's close. At the close CWEI is now #5 in the Stocksmart graph, as their were a few acquisitions announced today; it remains my favorite stock (URL is at the end of this post). Steve, in the previous post, mentioned there is a rumor going around the AOL thread that Clayton Williams, Jr. is buying up stock--I sent an Email off to Lajuanda Holder, CWEI Investor Relations, asking about that--I thought maybe Hanifen's had released their earnings estimates--if anyone hears, or reads anything relating to this jump in price, be sure and post it.
