It looks like it could be another good day today today. Japan was up again last night and all of Europe was strong. This is a broad based rally we are seeing supported by the FED's decision to lower interest rates as needed. The Russell 2000 rose 3% yesterday showing that money is flowing back into the small caps. This means that some of the fear of a lack of liquidity is being set aside by those looking for a higher rate of return. Biotechs and many other stocks will definitely improve in this environment. EMIS might be good for a triple from here unless the FED signals a rate increase sometime next year. Here are those over night numbers:
