CNBC is reporting the H&Q comments as the reason behind USRX's fall
today. From what I can gather (and keep in mind that Joe Kernan
does ramble a bit) there is no "official" downgrade, just an admonition
that the numbers for this quarter and next may be short. Not much
to go on and perhaps a buying opportunity?
