Gary, or they did this to have a squeaky clean balance sheet just in case they are acquired. Everyone has CUC/Cendant on their minds, and therefore acquirers will be extra careful. In any case I'm not worried about the financing. This is how business is done with carriers (especially CLECs). Isn't it true that LU and MOT do financing also?
