Got this from Nabors drilling article today. ''There is a growing level of anecdotal evidence that our US Lower 48 rig count and pricing is bottoming. Almost all of our contracts in this unit have recently renewed at market rates. The very nature of these short-term contracts provides quick feedback that the rate of decline in rig margins is slowing dramatically. Furthermore, a number of our important customers in this market segment are indicating that they are planning increased activity starting in the fourth quarter.'' Mike
