OT Fred, Wally -- either of you want to share your ideas on good cheap stocks on NASDAQ or NYSE? Or do you know of reliable other threads that discuss opportunities? I'm a member of an investment club and we're always looking for good ideas to research. I'll toss two into the pot. I am just waiting for EMC to drop a bit before throwing some money at them -- I think they're solid and can do nothing but grow. (I hope they're not at the Adaptec 1997 stage! But I don't think so.) Carnival Cruise Lines (CCN) is interesting -- analyst opinions vary widely, which I like because a confused market is a potential opportunity. As my generation retires, we are going to want to do something, we have lots of money, and we're a bit old for bicycle safaris!
