Actually, the fish protein business that was ZAP's core before the Omega Spinoff is a good investment. Muleskinner ought to do a little research before slamming the whole enterprise. Envirodyne is also making good revenues.

Like many here, I am totally digusted with ZAP's behavior regarding the Internet deal. Guess they took a cue from Bill Clinton and figured they'd be forgiven, too.

I was long on ZAP prior to the Internet deal. I bought because of their fundamentals, which are still strong. The current Internet fiasco will be forgotten, much like the fact that former President George Bush was an obscure bit of ZAP trivia before all the media hype of the Internet deal. I imagine that ZAP's lawyers were smart enough to craft those "letters of intent" to be torte-proof. The price will rise again, though it may take awhile.
