Where I took Brinkers published numbers for rebounds from past major off presidential year corrections, took a fairly conservative number vs a more bullish one Bob was saying on the air, and "did da math". I got DJIA 12,000 within 24 months. With the projected earnings outlook and low inflation, it is seems quite possible to hit 12,000 as I calculated with a p/e "exuberance overshoot"
