Bean - I haven't mentioned JMAR on the Cymer thread for many months. Where did you come up with the idea I was defending them there? JMAR isn't moving for the reasons I've mentioned here before (and recently). Until the new technology is ready and a customer buys it, we'll probably not see much action here.
