Jim, the market is skeptical that this mini-plant will work....The market is saying, "Show Me, I don't believe it!" Thus, I don't see an upmove until we get some kind of confirmation that its really working....Jim, a true chart watcher, would not buy on just Bollinger Bands tightening. Remember when the bands tighten they are foretelling either a breakdown to the downside or a breakout to the upside...The chart watcher needs other indicators to confirm before he buys....... He would look at such things as resistance points, momentum, MACD, moving averages, volume and price action, etc........The chart watchers will probably be buyers when we take out $2.50 with over 100,000 shares trading hands....I am contemplating filling my position in this stock soon....But I need more indicators giving the signal.....Regards, Mark
