Cliff, if the telco's really have time, why do they need to rush to xDSL in the first place? I don't think cable or wireless can compete with xDSL, but the slow motion of telcos can kill the "exuberance" of the investors. I tend to think today's move has something to do with rotation as others suggested already. There are quite a few small-caps that had double-digit gains today. e.
