From an official at the SEC to me this AM: "I can only tell you that Firamada, its CEO, and Ira Monas are under investigation for fraud." "This is an important case as far as the SEC is concerned." "You may not see anything in the next few months in the Wall Street Journal but don't think we're not working on it, because we are."

Notice how he mentioned Ira by name? This gentleman was of course limited on what he could say, but I got the impression that Firamada was on the top of someone's list. He did state that this investigation was listed "priority." I would suggest that anyone who has notes made from conference calls or anything else that could help in this investigation to forward them to the SEC.

I kept notes from many of the conference calls with statements made by both Ira and Arif, dates, times, projections, statements about profits etc. I'd bet my last dollar that the recordings of these conference calls have been "misplaced" by Preferred Financial, therefore, it's up to us.

Regards,

Lonnie
