(NYSE: TLC - news) announced here today that it has entered into an agreement with Lotus Development Corp. to publish a jewelcase ''value'' version of the popular, award-winning time management software, Lotus Organizer. Under the terms of the agreement, The Learning Company's Value Products division will release a standalone version of Lotus Organizer 2.1 for Windows 3.1/95/98/NT in jewelcase format at an estimated retail price of $14.99. The agreement covers worldwide distribution, with the software expected to be in U.S. stores in early January, traditionally a period of high demand for personal productivity titles.
