Lee,

Thanks for the CHART - did not realise that the highs were at 30, thought the highs were only at 28.

From that chart, it doesnt appear that the PE has been adjusted for lower earnings, if earnings are lower. It seems that it is still based on previous data not leading. No expert here, not sure
