As mentioned in my post, we are really not that far from the highs on a relative basis. I also mentioned that in SEPT when the DOW was around 800-8100 the NEW HIGHS were over 100. The DOW is now 500-600 points higher but the NEW HIGHS are lower. Is that a negative sign or is the NEW HIGH just a LAGGING indicator, and will just move up in a matter of time. I dont know.

The NEW LOWs could be the key since they are much better than when the DOW was at 8000-8100. Seeya
