Every manager is responsible to the shareholders. Bob Binsky and Brenda Thompson are not. They should be held accountable. Contact them and let them know what level of performance they have demonstrated. Move to have additional items placed on the annual meeting agenda, and copy the newspapers and internet boards. Let the public become aware of the company, its potential and the need for better and more responsive management. This will hopefully move them in a more proper direction, and will reduce their arrogance, which based on their record is undeserving.
