Paul was another anal-cyst who got pissed in the CC since Ashby and Mory would not break down revenues by product and tell how much was deferred. He adamantly tried several times to get a response and did not get any. Another funny thing I noticed was that most scheduled anal-cysts were not on the phone but had sent someone else to ask questions. Happened atleast 5 times. -hitesh
