The SI date for earnings is correct: 27 Oct at 5:00pm EST.

My info comes from the office of Richard Hanlon, AOL's VP for Investor Relations. And I wouldn't expect any earnings announcements at AOL's shareholder's meeting. It's called a quiet period ahead of an earnings release.
