Are you paranoid? Did you know that you most likely have a Windows problem as well as the Netscape problem that was created by SI? Did you know that because of the problem on SI's end that Netscape does not close properly? If Netscape, does not close properly, did you know that it is still running? If it is still running, did you know that it will lock up all your other net functions? Did I tell you Windows on my home PC also had a problem? Do you think a computer illiterate, like myself, would understand HOW? Did I tell you housemate fixed our PC? Did I tell you he hit CTRL, ALT, DELETE keys, simultaneously? Did I tell you that he saw a window where he clicked on a box that said to close Netscape? Would you believe I do not know what else he did? "Computers for Dummies?" Do you think it would be helpful? Is your computer working okay now?
