I don't know how you could possible determine that!

Take a look at a chart:

Punch in PNLK and look at the weekly chart. See the descending pattern.

However, on a positive, note the PNLK base prior to its April rise and where it is trading now relative to that base. This could be a good area to base from and to begin a sustained rally.
