Tom, I agree with all that you have stated, but let's face it...that IF is an awfully big one and it has been elusive for a l-o-n-g time now. I surely do hope you are correct though and this Phoenix makes yet another flight. Unfortunately, from the way it appears the CPM folks won't be on board - and you must admit that they would make future funding at least a "little" easier ??? Jim
