Barbara: Good observation regarding New Highs/New Lows... The first reaction to a bottom is the reduction of New Lows... New highs increase at a slower pace because it's going to take 10% to 60% moves for many of these stocks to reach a new high... New Lows are the key to this turnaround signal...
