Good observation regarding New Highs/New Lows...

The first reaction to a bottom is the reduction of New Lows... New highs increase at a slower pace because it's going to take 10% to 60% moves for many of these stocks to reach a new high... New Lows are the key to this turnaround signal...

Right now:

New Highs 48

New Lows 22

When stocks stop falling you have a bottom... The scarcity of New Lows says that stocks have stopped falling...
