The Telco's need to rush, ADSL is in Search of Prospectors (ISP's)

If the Telco's don't give us ADSL in a timely manner, they will lose their customers to Internet Service Providers (ISP's) and from what I read
there are a lot of Copper Gold Prospectors out there.

Would you rather keep a customer or try to win them back?

Why is the Cable Infrastructure, like a Diode?
