As someone who went to the annual meeting and also the open house last year, I feel like a sucker. i also feel sort of soory for the good folks who tried to make QDEK a successful company. However since I was at the company and met with most of the officers I should have known better. I was taken in by the free gifts and youngish employees. A can do spirit is great as long as it can be backed up. I have learned some VERY important lessons. One being don't be taken in my looks (an old value stock hunter principle) and also don't buy and also ran. If its not # 1 or 2 don't buy.

Looking back I don't think and type of fraud took place. I think the people tried and failed. QDEK is (was) a VERY UNLUCKY company.

By the way

1. When are earnings being released? If they will be?

2. Should we tender our stock ASAP or wait for some date when the $.52 price kicks.

Thanks,
Evan
