Having worked at AMH for over 6 years I can give some history. Although the recent run up looks good AMH has had a difficult time breaking this water mark. They are still attempting to reposition themselves in the a market that will be difficult to manage strong growth, i.e. 10%-15%. There just seems to be too many other more exciting opportunites to make upside dollars in this market.
