(the "Company") reports that the technical review of the recently completed airborne magnetic/electromagnetic survey has identified 72 geophysical targets on the Company's Royce Group Diamond Claims in the Northwest Territories ("NWT"). A follow-up detailed sampling program for kimberlite indicators has now been completed with 94 samples collected to further test the prospectivity of 14 of the top ranked 21 anomalies and confirm present indicator mineral anomalies developed from sampling during the 1995, 1996 and 1997 field seasons. An average of six till samples was carefully selected and collected down-ice from these priority geophysical signatures. All samples have been shipped to and received by Kennecott Canada's Thunder Bay laboratory for processing. The concentration of heavy minerals from the samples is expected to be completed within the next three weeks. It is estimated that the picking process will take an additional three weeks from their receipt. Positive results from this sampling will further the prioritization of select targets for ground geophysical follow-up and eventual drilling.
