Looks like another case of doublespeak...
That reminds me...
Hogger, anyone who has read what you've written here knows you are the last person to take a stand on anything. But, for the sake of this post, I'm going to give you a chance to clarify your position on four simple things.
1. In the post in question, #reply-5625053, Bgtit said "The Investor relations person is John Fasano. An employee of AZNT." Do you contend Bgtit is lying, and thus Fasano was never an employee of AZNT? Yes or No?
2. You claim to have a copy of the AZNT Brazilian export license in your possession. Jhild has adamantly said all along that there is no clause in there that gives AZNT any form of exclusivity in exporting Stevia or any other products from either Brazil of the rain forest. Domingos Loricchio even characterized the agreement as "Special Permission to Explore". Do you contend JHild and Loricchio are lying, and thus AZNT does indeed have exclusive rights to export products from Brazil and/or the rain forest? Yes or No.
3. Spider contends, in #reply-5921543, that the Court Order Bill posted that was two paragraphs long was a "phoney" [sic] and "edited". Do you contend there was more to the Court Order that Bill intentionally cut out? Yes or no.
4. Rico Staris used to say in his profile that he was a "Division Manager" for 3Com, and that he attended Stanford (preserved in #reply-6073990). Do you think Rico was telling the truth? Yes or No?
Thanks for helping to set the record straight.
- Jeff
P.S. For the record, my answers are: 1. No, 2. No, 3. No, 4. No. |
